Do you have a shop I can visit?

No, we currently operate solely online and offer delivery or click-and-collect only.

Can I pick my order up?

Yes! You absolutely can collect your order - we are based in Greenwich SE10, just near Greenwich DLR/train station. To do so, just choose the In-person pickup option when you check out. You'll be asked to let us know the day/time that you'll be collecting and we will be sure to have your bouquet ready to meet you.

Do you do wedding & event flowers?

Yes! We can absolutely provide flowers for your special day.

Send us an email at info@scarlettfloraldesign.com with the details of your event and we will get back to you with a personalised quote.

Please note, we require at least 2 weeks' notice for wedding & event flowers.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver all over London, for more information see how we deliver.

Do you deliver to offices?

Yes! We love working in the Canary Wharf business district and are happy to deliver to any office in the area.Please make sure you give us all the details we need to make your delivery successful such as company name, floor level and building when sending flowers to an office.
