Can I pick my order up?
Yes! You absolutely can collect your order - we are based in Greenwich SE10, just near Greenwich DLR/train station.
To do so, just choose the In-person pickup option when you check out. You'll be asked to let us know the day/time that you'll be collecting and we will be sure to have your bouquet ready to meet you.
How much notice do you need to place an order?
We provide next-day delivery/collection any day, except for Sundays (orders will need to be placed by 11:59pm Friday evening for Sunday delivery/collection)
If you're looking for same-day flowers, message us directly using the chat box and we can see if we can accommodate to your request.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No, we currently operate solely online, and offer delivery or click-and-collect only (for now)
We have plans to move into a studio with a retail area in the future, so watch this space!
How long has the business been trading?
Scarletta floral was established in late 2022 and we started officially trading in early 2023. As a new business, we are still building our product offering and learning as we go. We are super grateful for the support we have received from our customers so far and can't wait to see where things go next.
Do you do wedding & event flowers?
Yes! We can absolutely provide flowers for your special day.

Please note, we require at least 2 weeks' notice for wedding & event flowers.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver all over London, for more information see how we deliver.
Do you deliver to offices?
Yes! We love working in the Canary Wharf business district and are happy to deliver to any office in the area.
Please make sure you give us all the details we need to make your delivery successful such as company name, floor level and building when sending flowers to an office.
